Refund Policy for Sound of Heaven

At Sound of Heaven, we are committed to providing quality education and support to help you succeed in your music journey. If you find that our online course does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund
    This refund policy applies only to our online courses. It does not cover any memberships, live coaching sessions or other services. Before submitting a refund request, reaching out to our support team to address any issues is required as part of the refund process. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 10 days of completing the first month of the course. The refund will only apply to the first month of the course, and you must demonstrate that the course did not work for you.

  • Proof of Effort
    To qualify for a refund, you must show clear evidence that you have actively participated in the course. This includes submitting videos or recordings of yourself completing the assignments and exercises as outlined in the course. The video must demonstrate that you’ve put in a genuine effort to complete the required work. If you genuinely feel that this course is not the best fit for you based on the way it is being presented or structured, we are happy to review your concerns as part of the refund process. However, you must meet the requirements outlined above for a refund to be considered. We aim to ensure that our courses are valuable and effective, and we encourage you to reach out for support if you're facing challenges before deciding to request a refund.

  • Refund Process
    If the above conditions are met, we will review the submitted evidence. Once we verify that the course was not beneficial despite your efforts, we will process a refund for the first month’s payment only within 10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable After 10 Days
    Refund requests received after 10 days from the end of the first month will not be accepted. No refunds will be given after this period.

  • How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your proof of effort (videos or recordings). You will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

  • No Refunds for Live Coaching or Additional Services
    Refunds are not available for live coaching sessions, personalized lessons, or any other services beyond the online course. Once a coaching session is booked or other services are rendered, the payment is non-refundable.

  • Modifications to the Course
    We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our online courses or services at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified, but no refunds will be issued for such modifications.

  • Course Access Upon Refund or Missed Payments
    If a refund is issued, your access to the online course will be revoked immediately. Similarly, if a monthly payment is missed or stops, access to the course will be revoked until payment is made in full. You will not be able to access any course materials, videos, or downloads until your payment is up to date.

  • Fraudulent Claims
    We take fraudulent claims seriously. Any attempts to falsely claim a refund or submit misleading evidence will result in the denial of the refund and potential legal action.

  • Force Majeure
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), we may be unable to fulfill the course or service as planned. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or refund option based on the situation.

  • Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes related to this refund policy will be resolved through informal negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with Connecticut state law.

  • Acknowledgement of Policy
    By enrolling in our course, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not enroll in our course.
